Mystical Water Fairy

Starting off with a clean & bare face, my model requested to look "Avatar-ish".

Start by adding blue face paint to the face using the UCANBE Athena Painting Palette in the shade light blue. You'll have to apply it with your fingers since its hard to use the blush on the palette to get the paint out.

Try gluing down the brows. use any glue stick (I used UHU)  to glue the brows down and brush them out. Use the UCANBE translucent setting powder and use a powder puff to press the powder onto the brows.   After that is done, you can paint over the brows!

Now the whole face is blue! Next, add the darkest blue from the Athena Painting Palette, for contour and depth.   I added blue eyeshadow as well from the Palette Fantasy (CHANGEABLE) Prism Eye Shadow Palette. I specifically chose a blue with more shimmer. I also added a darker blue to the outer part of the eye lid.

Next I added white designs on the forehead using the same UCANBE Athena Painting Palette.  I tried my best to have it look like Avatar.

Connect one of the pale lines to the eye, if you so please. I thought it looked cool!
